No Returns on Personal Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on items that are designed to come into contact with your body. Once these products leave our warehouse, they are considered used, which means they canโ€™t be resold or returned. This includes the following:

Order Cancellations

We get itโ€”sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, you have a 2-hour window from the time you place it. Contact us within that time, and weโ€™ll process a full refund.

If you reach out after 2 hours, and your order hasnโ€™t been shipped yet, we may be able to make an exception, but a 50% handling fee will apply. Once an item leaves our warehouse, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully inspect each product before itโ€™s shipped out, but in rare cases, things can go wrong. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if we send you the wrong item, please get in touch with us right away. Weโ€™ll need photos or videos of the issue to assess the situation.

Once we confirm the problem, weโ€™ll work with you to make it right, whether thatโ€™s sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, so weโ€™ll do our best to fix any problems quickly.

Refund Process

Once a return or refund is approved (only for defective or wrong items), weโ€™ll notify you right away. If a refund is issued, it will automatically go back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that refunds may take 3-7 business days to show up, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
